			CLO Solutions is a unique business law practice located in Seattle, 
			Washington, providing strategic, cost-effective corporate counsel 
			services.

			Serving as your chief legal officer, or in support of your CLO, we 
			enable your company to take advantage of having an experienced 
			corporate legal advisor completely integrated as a member of your 
			management team - something rarely available to emerging and 
			middle-market companies - without the high cost of creating an 
			internal legal department.

			We will work with your team to help keep your company running 
			smoothly, prevent legal surprises and provide strategic, business 
			savvy legal advice, at the same time as reducing your legal costs. 

			We can manage the entire legal function in your company (a role 
			often played by the CEO or CFO in the absence of a CLO), performing
			day-to-day legal work as well as managing specialized legal services 
			provided by outside counsel.
