W. Michael Targett, Principal

                              Mr. Targett has over 25 years of hands-on experience advising communications 
                              and technology companies on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. 
                              Prior to launching CLO Solutions, Mr. Targett served as Vice President, 
                              Legal Affairs for Clearwire Corporation where he focused on early-stage 
                              corporate development, strategic relationships and operations. He also 
                              spent two years living and working abroad as a key member of Clearwire’s 
                              European management team with sole and direct responsibility for all 
                              international legal and regulatory affairs.

                              Prior to Clearwire, Mr. Targett was Vice President, Legal Affairs West Region 
                              for XO Communications, Inc. (formerly Nextlink Communications, Inc.), an integral 
                              part of the McCaw family of telecommunications ventures, where he was responsible 
                              for a broad range of legal and regulatory matters as the company built and launched 
                              operations in over 60 U.S. markets and grew from a few to over 5,000 employees.

                              Mr. Targett began his law practice as an attorney in the corporate and real estate 
                              groups of Lane Powell in Seattle where he advised clients on mergers & acquisitions, 
                              real estate leasing, development and financing and general corporate matters.

                              Mr. Targett earned his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and his 
                              J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law where he also served as 
                              Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.
